Toolflow Inc. (“Toolflow”) — including products branded as “Station” — strongly believes in freedom of speech. We serve a global audience with diverse values and our Services are designed to let users express ideas without us censoring or endorsing them. That said, some content and behavior aren’t permitted because they’re harmful to the community.
To be transparent about what is and isn’t allowed on your site, tool, or app, we’ve put together these guidelines. The following activity/material isn’t allowed on Toolflow or Station.
Illegal content and conduct.
Self-explanatory. This includes anything that facilitates or depicts illegal activity. Absolutely no content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
Intellectual property infringement.
We recognize that copyrighted materials are often used in fair-use contexts. We support this and urge rights holders to consider fair use before submitting complaints. When in doubt, ask the rights holder for permission before republishing content.
Sexually explicit material.
Generally, we define sexually explicit material as visual depictions of explicit sexual acts. Nudity, in and of itself, is allowed, but never involving minors or young-looking persons.
Gambling.
Discussing gambling isn’t a problem. Operating an online gambling service (including poker) is not allowed. If your site or tool is primarily designed to link to gambling sites, we consider this spam and a breach of these guidelines.
Technologically harmful content.
Don’t upload or link to malware, spyware, adware, or other malicious or destructive code.
Impersonation and deceptive behavior.
Don’t claim to be a person or organization you’re not. Parody and satire are fine when they’re clear. No deepfakes or synthetic content presented as real people or entities.
Directly threatening material.
Don’t post direct, realistic threats of violence (including credible calls for harm) against an individual or group. This doesn’t mean we’ll remove all hyperbole or offensive language.
Posting private information.
Don’t share someone’s personal information without consent. This includes collecting sensitive data (e.g., passwords, credit card numbers) via forms.
Advertising.
Advertising isn’t permitted.
